I ordered 20 mugs and only 1 arrived broken. I wish I’d ordered the larger 17oz size so that the photo wouldn’t have looked so squeezed in. I also wish I had used a higher resolution photo with more pixels so that the image would have been sharper. So I was a bit unhappy but that was my fault. The safety yellow jerseys turned out a little greener than they are. The printing was good and would’ve been better if I’d used a higher quality photo. A few days later I was more careful and was very happy with a different order.
