Sistine Mary and Jesus child Love quote CC0977 Postcard

Postcard design with an endearing portrait of Mary and the Jesus child. The picture is accompanied by a short excerpt from 1 Corinthians 13, the well known and very beautiful words about the nature of love: 'Love bears, believes, hopes, endures all things. Love never ends.' The picture is a colour print (chromolithograph), published in 1875 by American publisher Louis Prang. It originates from Raphael's famous painting The Sistine Madonna (1512 - 1513).
