Perched in the upper branches of the tree, she has a clear view of all movement below, and is ready to take action if an opportunity arises. But at the moment she has very sleepy eyes. We were able to watch her for many hours, alternately eating a kill she had stashed in this tree, sleeping for a while, and surveying the ground below her.
