The pygmy three-toed sloth from Isla Escudo de Veraguas, off the coast of Panama. This pygmy sloth is found only in a small area of red mangrove forest on this tiny island that is a protected wildlife refuge. Recognised in 2001 as a distinct species from the larger mainland sloths. The island is uninhabited but the growing tourism industry is threating the species, also the sloth is illegally hunted by local people. This was more than I expected, I was so happy with the product as I was rushed at ordering it for Christmas time frames and wasn't sure if I really had what I wanted however the product arrived and I was absolutely over the moon happy with it.
