At some point in teh production of the Oddball Comic, somebody decided that the hero shouldn't be a woman, so a man's head was pasted onto the rider's body. They seem to have overlooked the cleavage-revealing v-neck as well as the shapely legs exposed by the short-shorts. Truly Oddball!
