I would NEVER order from Zazzle again. I am sorry I gave them a second chance. I was very disappointed in the first Christmas ball ordered. It said handcrafted. It has a sticker on the ball for the design. They just added my words. The second ornament is fair. Both orders were supposed to have velvet bags with them. They did not have the velvet bags. They did however charge me for them. AGAIN … I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ZAZZLE AGAIN. The printing was fine. The quality was NOT!
