Spiral Gratitude Spiral Notebook

This little notebook is a great way to keep in mind all the things we are grateful for. It has 80 black & white lined pages so you have lots of room to write. I always keep one beside my bed so the last thing I do at night is write the things I have to be thankful for that day so even when our day wasn't overly productive or was just one of those crappy days we all get where nothing seems to be going right, it makes us stop and think of the little things we do have, (we all have a least one).... then we can go to sleep with those grateful thoughts in our head.
