St. Philomena Icon Prayer Magnet

St. Philomena Icon Prayer Magnet Saint Philomena, martyred in 304 AD as a virgin at about 13 years old, has been venerated by Catholic Christians since her tomb was rediscovered in the 19th century. She has been adopted as a patron saint of youth, children, babies, the pro-life movement, and the Living Rosary. Her Feast Day is observed on August 11th. Her patronage makes these magnets a perfect gift for an infant or child's baptism, First Holy Communion, a youth conformation, or for anyone active in the pro-life culture. A brief prayer appears under the icon image: "St. Philomena, victim of Jesus, pray for us." This icon of Saint Philomena was written by the hand of Julie Ann Cook in February of 2015. The original was done using traditional egg tempera paint technique.
