It looked like stained glass to me. Seems to be the favourite of everyone I show my artwork too. The large shape is actually the Mandelbrot set flipped inside out. Actually, it's two Mandelbrot sets on top of each other, flipped inside out, and then adorned with a smaller, undistorted, black Mandelbrot bug. This composition was created using an old version of a software package that I wrote. The original was insanely large (12000x14250) and took 3 days to render on a dual Athlon/MP 1800+. Uncompressed, the original was a whopping 652 megabytes, barely fitting onto a CD-ROM.
