I spent my time creating a beautiful, neat design, only to be sent crooked, nonsensical business cards! The edges are uneven — they aren't even remotely rounded. The design placement is completely off, even though the layout clearly shows that the margins were properly observed. And the color reproduction is absolutely terrible! I am ashamed just to look at the printed product, let alone actually use it. I demand a refund — this is a terrible print job!
