This magnet was delivered off-center with some of the rose wreath missing. I had ordered several items previously from this seller and was extremely satisfied. After 5 messages and almost 4+ weeks my issue was resolved. I was disappointed that it took Zazzle that length of time to resolve this issue. However, Zazzle fulfilled their promise to provide and guarantee the excellent quality of purchases. The replacement magnet was excellent when it finally arrived. This is the first time I requested an item to be replaced and will continue to purchase from Zazzle.

Product did not arrive looking like the picture - unfortunately one person on the left was cut out of the printed magnet, and the head of one of the kids was cut off at the top of the magnet. I expect some level of quality control from Zazzle.

The note pad had a wider white border on the left side. This made it look cheap and of poor quality. The glue top was also not substantial so pages easily kept falling off the pad. Will not order from here again.

I personalized the puzzle by moving "Colonial Beach" to the top. Puzzle is 11x14 and 252 pieces. Image is clear and firmly adhered to the backing. Nice nostalgic picture of the old Reno at Colonial Beach Virginia.

I ordered 3 personalized magnetic notepads. All 3 were in bad shape. They were bent and curled at the edges. On one, the magnetic back had come totally off. They are gifts and I did the best I could to trim and super glue them back together. I also removed some of the bent pages. They are in pretty rough shape, but I feel like I don't have time to wait for replacements before Christmas.
