Extremely surprised by the poor quality of the notepad. The printing and image is fine - but the binding of all five notepads I ordered is so poor that it's laughable. I can't believe these were mailed to me. I cannot give them as gifts as intended. The sheets of paper are not lined up AT ALL and the glue job for the binding is really messy. It just looks comical. I'll be pursuing a refund but am disappointed because I was excited to get a set of fun, whimsical notepads!

The design on the paper came out well, and the paper is sturdy. The notepad assembly was a mess. I ordered a magnetic notepad and it arrived without the magnet. Also, the binding glue was gloppy and uneven; not holding all pages together. The glue is heat sensitive, so I smoothed it with an iron and wax paper. I’ll buy a magnet for it so I can work with it as a gift but it certainly didn’t arrive presentable.

Exactly as expected . Received quickly

this was 2nd "Bird" puzzle to replace first which had multiple pc missing. The first had a white background...this one had a light grey background which was not as pleasing to the eye.....I still like it. shirley m.

The puzzle quality is awful and the pieces are extremely loose and don't fit properly. I love puzzles but this has been a nightmare.

It’s the cutest thing ever

A few pages were printed improperly but, I can still salvage it, one page was put in upside down, and some how I got three pages of a baby shower crossword. I will deal with it, just means I’m losing out on pages I paid for

I ordered 2 sets of 6 with my company logo. 3 of the coasters came with chips in them, so they are unusable.

I should get my money refunded or correct the picture without the lines.

Hi the person I sent this to for her birthday still did not receive the order and I believe she had to pay customs . So disappointed iv ordered many of these from your website in the past and this ia the only time a custom fee was charged . Now its still asking me to to pay the customs

I bought this for my sister after she lost her sweet cat. It turned out very well and she was very happy to receive it. I had a small issue with USPS briefly losing the package but Zazzle (even though it was not their fault) was great about getting the problem fixed. No complaints.

Several pieces were not cut so they can not be separated. Disappointed because this is a gift.

The cork back covering - each coaster has a flaw, a scratch, a part that was not smooth on the back. Okay for gifting, but not for retail sale.
