It is great out of the box, but suggest they be ornamental. the photo shows what happens over time when you use them. Note: I used mine everyday. sits on my desk supporting my coffee habit. 5 star for out of the box 1 star for surviving "everyday use"

Didn’t like the design

Pretty however poor quality, this was intended as a birthday gift, it came it design intact but had cracks and chips that were just painted over. I also paid for express shipping and tried contacting someone to overnight a replacement bird and tulips trivet for over 2 hours and still have not heard back from anyone.

Printing was fine as stated above item was cracked corners chipped and printed or painted over.

Absolutely perfect!

I’ve been giving these trivets to friends and family for a number of years. And they’ve generally worn fairly well and people have enjoyed receiving them. This one had a thumbnail size piece of paint or whatever chip off in short order. So that’s it for my using Zazzle for these gifts. I’ll find some other company to make these for me.

Print quality was fine - because there was none.

The item arrived on time and I truly liked that the item. However, one of the four coasters I purchased was damaged. These were not cheap. I promptly reached out via email through the zazzle website and received no response. I have reached out three times now and still have received no response. Now the event I purchased it for has passed and I’m stuck with a damaged item. Because of this experience I would never purchase this item again.

Printing looked good. Just no responsiveness to damaged item.

Beyond expectations, the photo was perfectly reproduced on the stone and the stone texture made it something special. A quality product.

As a photographer, I am very aware of print quality, and this product clearly met my high expectations.

The product is fine. I have purchased it before.

The execution was at best fair. The image resolution was high enough, but as printed on the coaster is was only fair.

The magnet size and stone were as expected but the printing looked more like a craft project. The darker spots are shiny and you can only see the full image if you look at it from the right angle.

Product was well made. I grew the rose, photographed it, applied it digitally to the trivet design and added the text digitally to the trivet design.

Zazzle did a great job printing my design on the trivet.

My bear photos turned out great. However, my owl photos appear to be dirty and not great quality at all.

I bought this coaster to remember my trip to Charleston as I often do when I vacation. This coaster is a well made piece.

Subtle not vibrant. I like it the way it is but some may prefer it to have more bold colors.

These coasters are nice but very dull looking. My other one of my bears turned out great. These coasters are faded and look vintage.

It was easy to create my coaster, easy to order, and it arrived in a timely manner. It is a great quality marble coaster with a cork backing.

I ordered the marble trivet with a beautiful photo of sunflowers imprinted on the marble. The trivet arrived ahead of schedule and the photo was beautiful. I do woodworking so I framed it with Peruvian walnut and maple inlay to give as a gift. The first two trivets I got were chipped along the edges but the wooden frame I made helped hide the chipping. I have since ordered 2 more of these marble trivets with personalized photos that were too badly chipped to use since the chipping was deep and extended into the photos. The 2nd two trivets also arrived well ahead of schedule which was nice. If the maker can do something about the chipping along the edges I would highly recommend these. Otherwise, I would not recommend them. Zazzle customer service was very quick to respond to the problem and had the 4th trivet remade along with giving me 2 day shipping. I was very pleased with the customer service but the 4th trivet had even worse chipping and the colors weren't as vibrant. I will try ordering once more but if things do not improve I would not recommend this product.

Considering the colors are being imprinted into marble I would say the 1st three marble trivets turned out very well. The 4th one I got was not quite as good.
