I ordered this December 6th, told it it would be here the 18th and didn’t get shipped until the 18th… then got pushed to the 24th to be delivered. Still have yet to get it and there is no tracking information as of where it is to this date 12/27.

I love this tote bag! The print is super clear and doesn't fade, the material feels really strong and there's no wierd smell like some bags have. Plus, the design is so unique - everyone keeps askng me where I got it!

it's ok. color is bright, as expected. but the bag is super stiff. I am afraid to wash it to soften it up, as the last time I did that with a similar bag, it shrunk a massive amount.

I took a lot of time creating the design to be 'centered' on this rug. the product was printed offset from what was provided , as you can see in the circled areas. they should be "the same on each left/right side. Additionally, this is not a "carpet", it is a smooth printed canvas-like surface. not soft underfoot, and no cushion. slides around my floor at the slightest touch. Very disappointed. would not recommend.

Zazzle sent me my photo blanket and someone else's. So that person won't receive their blanket now for Christmas. I've called and zazzle won't respond.

It turned out bigger than I expected it to be.but it still looks great.

This is a report for ZAZZLE.COM. Paid for expedited shipping, ordered on the 14th of December, for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Never arrived, the Customer Service Rep who was of NO HELP said they lost the package and would send a replacement but I would still have to pay for the item. This is a ZAZZLE problem, not a ME problem, the item never delivered but you still want me to pay for the product?? this is the definition of insanity. Why would I pay for a product that never delivered, and even if it did, why would I be charged for something that was out of my hands and note delivered when guaranteed. This company is so unprofessional, the customer service reps do not communicate well, they do not understand, and I will make sure I never recommend this company. So beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

The worst quality I've ever seen. I expected a soft, plushy feel. The pictures aren't as clear as I'd hoped and the blanket feels cheap and shoddy. I'm so disappointed.

The blanket has great quality and arrived pretty quickly. Even though the pic used was 20+ years old, the overall quality was great! It was a gift for my friend and she loved it.
