Very Classy. Item comes with a nice ornament-shape insert in the box & looks very nice, unlike many that seem to be thrown together.

Printing was OK. I left the printing the size they had on the sample but think it could have been larger to be more easily read.

The snowflake was very cute and fun. It looks and feels very durable but I thought it would be a little bigger. It is on the smaller side. I also wish that the picture was on both sides.

We were pleased with the printing.

First, the mug i ordered, font should all be on one line and the font should be smaller to fit. Second, i am not even 30 years old and the mugs i received are for someone else's 50th anniversary. So that means at least 2 orders got screwed up. Third, i have been trying to contact this company for over a week to get this figured out with not one reply to an email and waiting on hold for over 30min without an answer on a 1888 number...

Well considering i didn't get the right order, it didn't come out at all. I see in the image above though that the name i wanted on the mug has one character below the name, which if it is printed and sent to me like that i will have an even bigger problem with quality control bc it is a simple fix the font fix.

Excellent idea to customize your wallet the way you want. I wish the wallet would have more compartments.

I have purchased several of these mirrors as gifts and received very positive feedback each time.

Very happy with the printing hue and tint quality, each mirror was an exact representation of the image.

Too difficult to do on your own. I finally got something close but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. It took many times to figure it all out.

Although I liked how it turned out, I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to figure out the directions. I never did get the banner on the ornament. I gave up after many tries and decided to just keep what I had accomplished.
