The ornament was way smaller than as it was pictured. You have to use a magnifier to read the personalized print on the ornament.

The print and coloring looked nice but it just was so tiny.

The pewter snowflake is adorable and great quality. The part I was unhappy about was the sticker in the middle. Don't think I would have spent $30 on a sticker.

The ornament is made of heavier material, giving it the feel of quality. It seems as though it will last a long time. I wish I had gotten something engraved on the back-that would give it a great, personal touch. I definitely wouldn't give $20+ for this though. It's a bit too small for that price.

This is a really dear ornament. The weight it perfect, substantial enough to not feel flimsy but not so heavy it weighs down a Christmas tree branch. I especially love the sparkling quality of our photo in the center.
