Super colors, shiny silver plate; heavy thick necklace charm; I have several different pendants, and have put them on different length chains so I can wear multiples. Chain-loop is molded as one piece with the charm, and none have ever come loose/cracked/or gotten wobbly. They'll last forever. And I get compliments all the time on all of them. And of course the rest of the family especially loves this one of my Mom.

Printing is excellent -- true to my monitor for colors. Image is deep in the resin/glaze finish -- definitely waterproof and will last forever. I have other photo pendants that I have been wearing for a few years now (bought right when zazzle added the necklaces) and they all look as good as new. No fading or cracking.

the pet tag is very well made and is quality but the identification area is too small of an area. The font needs to be larger.

Too small, hard to read. If my dog gets lost the people will need a magnifying glass.

The tag is heavy duty and the quality is good. The writing is small but I wanted a lot of info on it so that is to be expected. It's pretty pricey for what it is but I appreciated the ability to customize so I had to pay for that. Shipping was within the time frame specified, charges were a bit high.. Overall, it was a good transaction.

I was shopping for something that included a Sequoia tree for a dear friend. She just loves those trees, and when I saw it was an attractive necklace so she could wear it anytime she thought of our friendship, I knew it would be perfect. She was so surprised and thrilled!

It looked just like the one that was pictured. The colors are bright and look like the real thing! I will absolutely buy another product from this company!!

I postponed my review on purpose. After reading other reviews I wanted to see what the durability would be. I purchased this for my young adult daughter (who can be a little rough on jewelry) as a late Christmas gift. This is a saying that goes back to her toddler years. She cried when she opened it (and loved the little velvet bag, as well). She instantly put it on and has kept it on (except in the shower) almost every day and it still looks the same as the day I gave it to her. If it was going to break easily that would have happened months ago! We both adore it!! Best gift I've ever given her!!

Printing is excellent as is the image. Exceeded expectations all around. If I were a little more savvy I would have added something on the back (her initials, love mommy, etc.) If you purchase this as a gift, consider that idea. I love seeing this on my daughter and it is her favorite piece of jewelry!! Now I need to get one for myself!!

I picked camp background which made the writing very hard to read plus the font/area is very small.

This necklace is beautiful. The sterling silver is lovely and shiny. The only problem with the necklace, that keeps me from giving it 5 stars, is that the white lettering isn't as distinct on the necklace as it was on the picture attached to this review. If I had known, I would have used a slightly larger font size.
