Just received my order and I'm very disappointed. The quality is subpar at best. The color is not the same as what I selected.

Very unsatisfied badge delaminated during first hour of use.... junk

The type of ID material is so thin like paper-thin. It's not the same with the other hard plastic IDs that were delivered. Kindly send us a new printed one for this with the hard plastic ID quality.

It was the wrong color. I'm disappointed. It was supposed to be pink. It wasn't. It took wwwks to get here and it's wrong.

Been purchasing these for years and loved them, they were hard plastic that wouldn't bend. Most recent purchase this month is much thinner plastic that arrived warped, reprint they offered also arrived warped. The print quality is also not what it once was, colors are faded and lines are blurry. Picture comparison to show old (on the top) vs new (bottom)

very bad quality, the color is not light blue but turquoise. not only the main color is distorted, but also the color of the logo, which should have been blue and light blue. the photo is very dark. on the final sample on the site everything looked different. the delivery was 2 days later than planned. the package is dirty and wrinkled

I wish I could leave no stars, I will actually be reporting Zazzle to the BBB as they pretty much falsely advertise what they sell. They claim that their products are like printed ID cards on PVC but that is not true, they send you flimsy, what seems like double laminated construction paper. It looks like garbage and feels like garbage. This is the SECOND order I've made with them, the first having to get a refund because it was so bad. On this order I scoured their site to ensure that I could get what I wanted, ID cards printed on PVC like a credit card, and even went as far as to not order it from the "Zazzle Products" and from something else, in this case "Cape Cod" or whatever and STILL I was given the same low quality garbage, which leads me to the conclusion that not only are they lying about what they sell, but they're lying about having different sellers. This whole site is a scam and I would highly suggest NEVER ordering from them

Image quality was great, but the card quality on this item has drastically decreased. We have ordered multiple times for our company's employee badges and the newest batch cards are paper thin and not the same product as before.

They were very small and flimsy, I wish they would of had a photo of somthing comparing it to a photo id , because that’s how small they are I’m happy i know for my future parties -Landward was good quality, to good for the quality of the pass (For me; My Opition)

REVIEW FOR ZAZZLE EYES ONLY! The last two badges have been made out of thinner plastic than in the past. I order for our nursing home team members, and I notice that this one and the other seem flimsier. Also, one of the lanyard clips was different - not sure why. Would be nice if they were all the same - but it's not significant. BTW - with my "second" order. I needed it asap and ordered it at regular price. The following day a 30% discount was offered! Go figure!
