PVC Invitations

Part of the original order was left off, when the three that were loft off came in they were printed off, meaning they were not centered correctly on the badge.

My business cards was received but my id badge was not in the package. It states it was delivered. I assume Zazzle did not include it in my package. It is coming separate? Please FIND my id with my personal information on it. I did not receive it.

Waited week to have my order canceled for having a Tx logo. Waited week again to have my order canceled with my own company name and I provided prove of it being my LLC. We just bought a badge machine on Amazon and now make badges for most our buildings residents best part is it’s already paid for itself in one month! When life gives you lemons like Zazzle make lemonade!!!!

Dear Zazzle, We received the redone badges, but unfortunately they have the same problem as before. The colors are oversaturated, making the badges look darker than what it should be. The new shipment has the same oversaturation as the previous shipment. I have included attached photos for your reference including: - the way the website shows how the badges should appear - photos of the new shipment - photos of both alongside each other Thank you ahead of time for communicating this issue of color over-saturation so that these can be printed according to the website’s indicated light blue appearance.

Very poor printing quality. I have ordered several of these ID cards...this one, for whatever reason, turned out unsatisfactory. Please print another and re-ship.

The front does not have my full name on it, and it has an expiration date of 2022. Also the back does not have my current business address it on and it has the wrong QR code on the front like it was copied from an old badge. This is not what I ordered and I would like a full refund of both badges please.

SOOOOO tiny. WAY smaller than I expected. Now, it's on me that I didn't look at the size. However, everything I looked at online made this appear to be large... like 3.5 x 5". Nope. It's tiny. SO DISAPPOINTED. Wasted my money... now I have to order them again.

It was difficult to find these in stock. We wanted our WHOLE department to have the same id. Making the badges was easy

The tag is discolored, the coloring is a yellow tint instead of the typical white we have ordered. We order these tags repeatedly for new team members and typically are white and very good quality for the price!

The quality was terrible. I’ve been ordering badges for 3 years and we have never had them come out like this. We were very disappointed. I reached out and nobody responded. It may be time to order elsewhere.

How do I email you with some complaints about my last order? Wrong color, Clip is not the same, lesser quality, no email received and no invoice given to me? Help
