Ordered paper plates for a birthday party with a personal photo of our dog printed on it. Great quality plate and the photos was perfect!

The printing was perfect. Actually better than the actual photo! Great customer service not he phone when I needed it and the item arrived on time!

I loved the product but because it was shipped in a bubble pack the plates were folded in half when they arrived. I couldn’t give them as the gift I intended. You should rethink your shipping package. It was wasted money for me. Very disappointed.

I LOVED my 7 inch plates, but for some reason when the same picture went onto my 9 inch plates it was a lot smaller where the writing is and the green leaves hardly show at the bottom. I was hoping they looked exactly like the 7 inch plates that I ordered. Not sure how to contact the maker.

The colors were very nice but the size print and location of the leaves on my 9 inch plate were not where they were supposed to be. If they are willing to fix this they would get perfect stars. Unsure how to contact the maker.

Yellow color is drab and does not match ANY yellow decor. I have to use it anyway but it makes me sad that the rest of the shower decorations are in such a nice soft lemony yellow and those plates are .......sad.

I contacted customer service late on a Friday (I needed the product by the following Friday) not expecting to hear anything until Monday. I was amazed that I got a response from customer service over the weekend and they were able to accommodate my request.
