The quality of the printing turned out great. The plates were completely customized with my silhouette in profile and my defense date. Note that my boyfriend is a graphic designer and created a high-quality vectorized image to submit along with it; I imagine the quality of the printing correlates to the quality of the image you submit with it (if you want to customize the plates). The shipping was prompt and the product was as described.
