This is the first I haves used Zazzle, ordered some business folders for my real estate business. The folders arrived earlier than expected and the folders were exactly what I ordered. Very impressed with the design and with my overall experience with Zazzle!!

I specifically stated my shipping address in Tualatin, Oregon. Instead, the items were sent to Murrieta, California. I don't know how this mix-up came about. I don't know who to hold responsible for the loss of my items. There are three entities involved here: Zazzle (who receives orders from customers), the product maker (responsible for making the final product and shipping it to the customer's address provided by Zazzle), and UPS (who delivers the product to the customer).

I have no comment because I haven't received my order.
