The Grey shirt is very nice

I ordered 2 French toile de jouy sage green elegant oven mitts. I love them, but there are 2 problems. 1. A minor problem (on the same one on which there is the major problem) is that the seam is not sewn all the way. This is an easy fix. 2. The other is a catastrophe. You sent me 2 right-handed mitts. The silver insulated side is correct on the right hand, but the is on the wrong side on the left hand mitt. Therefore, the thumb cannot be placed in the mitt appropriately on the left hand and you will burn yourself if you use the mitt as-is. I need this rectified. Please direct me as to what to do. Should I keep the good mitt and return the bad mitt and wait for a replacement? Should I send back both mitts and wait for both to be replaced? Where do I return them? I need you guidance. I you say you make custom products. Well, here’s your chance to live up to that claim. Thank you.

My son never got used it one time and I put the tshirt with only two other white T-shirts to wash and the it got a hole in the back of the arm. The quality is very bad.
