THE PICTURES ARE GREAT. BUT THE FRAMES? wHERE IS THE GLASS FOR THESE FRAMES? DID THEY NOT COME WITH GLASS IN THEM? WHAT KIND OF FRAMES DONT HAVE GLASS OVER THE IMAGES YOU PUT IN THEM? AM I SUPPOSED TO GO AND HAVE GLASS CUT TO FIT THEM FRAMES NOW? THATS MORE TROUBLE THAN THEY ARE WORTH REALLY. VERY INCONVIENIENT. SAYS READY TO HANG, BUT I BEG TO DIFFER.

I never received the order, tried contacting customer service via telephone call which is no help because the machine answers and says they are not available and hangs up the call.

Would have loved to have this for my husband’s surprise birthday party on March 22nd, but it never arrived. I ordered this on March 11th and when I checked on the 22nd it was still sitting in Texas since March 14th. HUGE disappointment considering this site promotes “fast shipping”.

I received this yesterday and the box was dented. My poster has bend lines and crinkles that I cannot get out so I cannot use this and have it look appropriate.

Excellent poster print. I accidentally sent the digital download for 4×4 inches. The team was still able to produce a 24×36 inch poster and it looks incredible. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Timely delivery and great service

Issues with production. Contacted zazzle and they said they would send a new one. Had to contact them 3 separate times to figure out where the new order was. Each time I was told they would expedite it and it never happened. Wound up cancelling my order because the item wasn’t going to arrive on time.

This poster of my acrylic on canvas painting is absolutely incredible!! I am so impressed with the color accuracy and the clarity that represents the texture of the paint, that I have already ordered posters of 2 other of my paintings! Thank you!
