The cap is a much better quality than I thought it would be in that the wording is not just painted on or some sticker,or even worse ironed on was most excellent.

This is my second time getting a couple of custom ball caps from Zazzle. People are impressed with my "one of a kind" hats. What I hear the most is, "Hey, where did you get that?" The quality and fit is great, not a cheap hat from a discount store. I'll use Zazzle again in the future.

The white embroidery on black hat was of good quality and pops out, not difficult to read.

The colors on the product, when it finally showed up, were not what was shown on the screen. Completely wrong!

The final product was not even in line with my original artwork. It was all over the place.
