From the exterior, the product looks great. We have not used the product yet therefore we cannot speak to its quality or durability. We have purchased a similar product and it has lasted a very long time.

I love having a photo of my cat on a mousepad. I got several copies so I could give some to family and the vet techs at our local veterinarian office. They LOVE our cat and have seen her often due to her medical issues (partial paralysis). Everyone loves her, and so they were THRILLED to receive the gifts.

I framed the photo just right so that her entire face and ears are visible. She is so cute! The photo looks good.

The bag itself is standard, but the print area is large and you can make it your own.

The Buttons were well made and made exactly to my specifications, as usual. What I wanted to comment on was the customer service that I experienced working with Zazzle. There was a problem , either during shipping or someone pillaged my mail. In any event, I called Zazzle, and the woman I talked with was very helpful and extremely friendly. What I didn’t expect was that she said that Zazzle would be happy to remake the buttons, at no extra charge, and send them to me. They arrived quickly thereafter. Impressive!

As per what I have become accustomed to with Zazzle, the printing was exactly to the specs that I asked for.

I will be honest I thought it was going to be smaller but that's on me because I didn't really read the measurements. Other than that The image quality is great, overall quality is great, and the person I gave this gift to loved it. I still can't get over how great the image quality is!
