The product is LOVELY. Great quality, and good durability. It is kind of smelly after coming out of the package, and it DOES rub off on your hands or wrists. (Smell is easily washed away.) The mouse pad completely airs out after a couple days of use. Comfortable size; and my fiance who is an avid gamer, enjoyed it as well. Very smooth surface, with the comfort of cloth.

I'm a freelance artist by trade, so with no doubt, I can tell you that this print job is exceptionally well done. The color saturation is GORGEOUS and it looks as good, if not, better than my original file.

I was a little disappointed overall with the quality of the buttons I ordered. Two out of the four I received in this shipment were damaged due to the packaging. This one, in particular, has indentations because of the way the pins were packaged together in the bag. Instead of putting the flat sides one on top of the other, they were packaged with the pin hitting the front of two of the buttons so there is a minor cut in the plastic and indentations.

The printing quality is very low, I attached a high-quality image, but you couldn't tell with the way it was printed. I'd like to suggest that in the future you give the option to upload PDF files that can be used to produce these items.

this is a great product that i would easily recommend to any other teenager with a sense of humor. I was standing on a bus in front of a man and he told me that he loved the pins and that they kept him entertained, especially this one, which he actually laughed out loud when he read it.

the printing, with my button, at least, was more brown than black, but it is still easily read.
