I ordered this product in March for a gift-then lost it somehow. On Easter Sunday I started getting my gifts together for a gathering that was happening in 3 days when I realized I could not find my mousepad. I reordered on Sunday night and choose expedited shipping and the item was to arrive on Thursday which would had been one day late. I emailed customer service and explained the situation and they were very helpful and had the order mailed a day early to ensure I received it on time-which I did. And it is beautiful! Thanks so much!

I ordered 9 of these buttons for a family re-union. The shape and color choice worked really well. The quality was very good. But I would caution anyone thinking about these as to the 2/2" size: it is too small for people to be able to see a group picture. Either chose a picture of a single person or get a bigger button. Otherwise, I am very happy with the way Zazzle fulfilled this order.
