Just received a "test" button. I could not be happier. My first order was a disaster. I was really over Zazzle and ready to move on, I chatted with agent Laura. This person was amazing. Not only did she help me secure a credit but helped with with design suggestions. I am so thrilled Laura was there for me and Zazzle. She really restored my confidence with a Zazzle product. I never received the package: therefore I can't review it. I was promised a delivery between September 9th and 11th. Supposedly, the package was delivered on Sept 10th, but was returned to the sender??? I needed same for my sister's funeral to give out ... now I can't do that since I'm travelling tomorrow. I'm very disappointed.

A great gift for someone in a difficult job.

The quality of the product is fine. But the quality of the personal photo on the metal keychain is not as good as the same photo on the plastic keychain that I previously purchased. The description did say there would be some bleed over on the edges. So that was an accurate description. But I would definitely buy the plastic keychain over the metal one in the future.
