The magnet came out PERFECTLY!!! The design, color & printing was beyond wonderful

I was very impressed with the design options I had to create this button and very pleased with the quality of the product, too.

Turned out great colors were vibrant

I submitted a prior review, which did not get posted, which tells me there is a lack of transparency/reviews are scrutinized and not all posted by Zazzle. Hopefully this one gets posted as it’s important for consumers to understand all experiences. This item had to be redone because the first one, as in the picture I attached, had the head cut off. When I first contacted customer service about it, they indicated it was my error due to the editing tool. Certainly I would never submit an order with the head cut off. The final product I reviewed before submitting the order did *not* have the head cut off. I re-ordered the product under a different order because I needed it right away. After a couple of back-and-forth emails with customer service, they did refund me for the original order. Disappointed in the time I had to take to re-order and get this straightened out with the refund.

Select your picture carefully. Keep the picture simple and remember the image will be small. I did not consider that.

The product I received had the head cut off. The Online editor review showed up perfectly within the frame it needed to be in. Certainly, I would never have submitted a request for an item with the head cut off! Having to waste my time going back-and-forth with customer service for a refund and they continue not to do so making claims about the editing. Beware: The product they send you is NOT accurate to the result of their online editing tool!

Nice magnet pretty drawing of Albuquerque but the writing is hard to read due to small magnet size and font style which should be changed to read better. Also choice of larger magnet size too would be great.
