The only problem is that when tracking your order, it has three steps and there should be four. First they confirm payment, and then process, then it needs to say producing, then shipped. I thought they were done processing and was wondering why it was taking over a week to finally ship if they were done processing. After I called the customer service was very friendly and helpful and explained it to me. I did receive it and it was wonderful!About the PrintIt was awesome! It's printed on heavy duty cardstock, not just photo paper. It is very high quality and looked amazing! Thank you so much!
