Shopping envelope bent...no envelope for card enclosed...card bent. If you really care about customer satisfaction, you'd spend a little extra money to use proper packaging. Horrible quality...horrible shipping...bent card! Close shop!

The 'rounded' corners did not get cut to specifications and instead resulted as a straight line resulting in a beveled edge. Still, I would and will order from Zazzle again in the future but please pay more attention to detail for future orders.

Fantastic turn around time... Printed just as we Designed them online in the "Designer" tool area. I would use this service again without question. The only minor detail, is I wish the quantities were to order vs. 10/20/50 etc.

Awful! Printing was tiny, blurred and not professional at all. If you guys saw this I'm confused why you didn't contact me to ask me if it's correct. very disappointed!

I tried to make a video, but apparently the service doesn’t allow it. Very disappointed somewhere along the way of travel this card got wet. The whole packaging is damp. The envelope did not protect what was inside. Very disappointing. This is my grandson‘s first birthday card and it is damaged. For $10 I would hope you could do better than this on shipping.

I bought these from my store. They held up pretty good getting to Michigan from California. Little worn as they are soft to the touch but my mother said overall, good condition considering. 5 Transfers.

I placed 4 orders of the same thank you note card, to be sent to 4 different addresses. I received the largest order of 75 cards, the other orders were for 24 cards each. Having spent over $300, I am very disappointed in what I received. As you can see from the picture on the left, the color of the printed cards was nothing like the proof image shown online during ordering. I requested B&W coloring, but what I got were two different tones of sepia. The image was not centered on the front, and for half the order, there was a black line running across the bottom of the interior card--they are basically unusable. Terrible quality control! Turns out the 16pt card stock is far too stiff for the smaller sized folded note cards. Also, the fulfillment took far too long, and even though these orders were placed within minutes of the others, they sent them out four days apart.

The first envelopes were printed crooked. They agreed to reprint them and send them to me using rush shipping. I received an email saying they would arrive on a Monday. I called Tuesdays and again on Wednesday saying I had not received them. Zazzle told me to wait until the end of the day on Wednesday if I still hadnt received them so that they could investigate. I explained that I needed them before I left for a trip. Still wouldn't agree to investigate sooner. I just bought blank envelopes on Amazon and will receive them tomorrow. I give up on Zazzle. VERY disappointed that the 2 people I chatted with did not understand my situation, or simply didn't care. It's going to be hard for me to return as a customer. I

The cards arrived bundled in just a rubber band, covered with production papershavings from cutting the card stock. It is disappointing that I will need to find a storage box to protect the cards, clean the cards before use, and the lack of attention to detail in preparing the cards for shipment.

I guess we missed it somewhere. The basic recipe card is hard surface and does not absorb gel ink. It will smear. Can't use them and will use the plain cards included. Nice card, but smears.

Image was blurry and pixelated. Didn’t have time to make new ones. Just tossed them before funeral. Expensive waste.

Everything looked beautiful - very classy. Fast service too!

I love this card much more than the first one I had ordered. The size and ability to read are much better. Will be designing another art card very soon.

As far as the card it is ok my problem was with the shipping, the event was over by the time the order arrived (2/28). I had to go to the dollar store at the last minute to find something. As much as the shipping cost I was disappointed. I don’t think it should have taken 12 days to arrive Oh well maybe I can use it next year

I am not pleased at all with the way these are cut and they can’t be used
