Zazzle Invitations

I ordered these menus for my upcoming wedding and am extremely disappointed with the quality. Approximately half of the menus arrived with a noticeable yellow shadow on the back. I specifically purchased a Zazzle Plus membership because it advertises a “worry-free” experience with quality and accuracy checks. Unfortunately, that clearly did not happen. If these products are truly inspected before shipping, this issue should have been caught. What is the value of paying for the additional membership if basic quality control isn’t being performed?

Fast & easy and on time

My cards are messed up and the QR code in not readable, I want a refund I spent all of money and wasted a lot of time and now this is not working

Gorgeous Card stock quality is 1st class

Bummed that when I created my own design they printed the back upside down.

Was expecting them all to look the same but instead.. 3 look faded and only one is looking as expected

The one on the right look like the ink ran out and I have 3 more that look faded just like that. Very disappointed.

Thank you for the invitation. They are adorable. I was disappointed that the invitations do not come with envelopes. You may want to consider providing an option to purchase envelopes, or at least make a point to tell buyers that the invites do not include envelopes. Thanks. Anonymous
