I am disappointed that about half of the invitations are either bent or are dirty.. with the price i paid i would expect them to be in excellent condition

Half of these arrived bent. With $12 shipping, I would have expected they’d be packed more carefully. As it was so close to Christmas, I sent them anyway, but am extremely disappointed with the carelessness of the shipment.

Highly recommend getting the addresses printed instead of handwriting them. It saves so much time. I love the detail of “kindly deliver to” such a cute touch. Very happy with our envelopes.

These cards were everything! This was a great way to say thank you to friends and family members. This was also a great way to honor our father.

This is a critical announcement regarding last minute venue change to my daughters wedding do to unforeseen circumstances. I paid $25 extra for shipping to get it by the 23rd. It has not been received yet. I ordered it over a week ago and it wasn’t shipped until the 22nd. Don’t offer services and charge extra for things you can’t deliver. That’s unfair

I was happy with the print of the design. The only thing that threw me off was the paper quality. I went with the middle tier choice and it wasn’t what I expected. I would hate to see what the lowest quality looks like after seeing middle tier. Overall, I wish they offered a sampler of better understanding of paper choices

Wonderful ink colors, pictorial colors, and home grown like Asian invitatory images.

So very disappointed. 6 of the 10 invitations have noticeable & distracting ink stains of a completely different color. As this is a time sensitive order, I am not able to return or exchange, I have to send the invites out as is. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be taking the risk again.

You cannot really tell in a picture but this cards are faded like they were running out of ink when printing them. I need a replacement, the quality is horrible. Not like the first ones that we ordered few months back.

Super easy process uploading addresses and the envelopes turned out great!

I’m a huge fan of Zazzle’s customer service. I originally ordered my save the dates on matte paper since that was advertised as their best selling paper. I didn’t think too much of it. When I received them, the full front photo just appeared dull and I was not happy with the final product. I was able to get a full refund, and re-ordered them on glossy paper and I am so much happier with the product! If you are printing photos, I highly recommend the glossy paper for a crisper print job.

NEVER GOT MY DETAIL CARDS BUT I WAS CHARGED! This website chooses not to have actual ppl work for their company they messed up my wedding invitations with no way to speak to anyone DONT GO THROUGH THIS SITE

Poor quality they were embarrassing to hand out. I will not be shopping with this company again. The product received looks nothing like the product in the image.
