Zazzle Invitations

I recieved the card I wanted, but the message inside was the sample generic message. The card with the message I wrote was next to the sample card. at 10.00 for shipping I am very unhappy.

Love love love my Christmas cards! This is my 3rd time ordering them through here. I absolutely love how you get to see how you are designing them, and get to preview them before you submit your order. The resolution of the pictures is absolutely amazing. No blemishes, smudges or anything bad. 10 out of 10 💫

Image setup changed after I created card, text on right-hand image is not on image as it should be AND there is wider spaces & margins overall ... that IS NOT how I wanted my custom card to look. 1st attachment is what I received, 2nd image is HOW I CREATED THAT CARD.

Very disappointed! I just received my Christmas cards today, and Zazzle printed the cards SO DARK! The cards look nothing like the photos I uploaded or the proof that was provided before I placed my order. The frustrating part is there is no customer service phone number to call, you must chat with a bot. I’d like a replacement sent ASAP, but maybe someone will email me in 1-2 business days. Non-existent customer service.

On backside, unacceptable quality, images out of alignment, see attached file, card was created with images aligned, 2nd image is dropped down into 1st line of text. & it appears image on left was re-cropped ... UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY.

Card quality is excellent. HOWEVER...... creating the card has become more of a pain. Your web designers have made things more difficult, when in the past, it was a piece of cake! If it ain't broke......you know the rest..........

I’m disappointed with my card. I don’t understand the writing behind Happy Holidays. Too late for any right to be done.

Item didn’t arrive until it was far too late to send out. Zazzle refused to fix the problem in any capacity. Never use this site. It’s a scam.

Horrible cards. Some sort of back white shadowing printed behind the black print makes these cards unreadable, on the front. The back print is so light black, very faint, not bold, and hard to read. I will order elsewhere and ask for a refund.

Very basic note cards. Cheap Envelopes.

No return addresses on the envelope. I was asked to provide my address for it and it’s not on the envelopes. So this means I’ll have to write out my address on 37 envelopes. This will delay my family getting this gift, very disheartening.

The card sums up 2025 exactly, which is why I chose it. Loved the design and my friends will love it.

I must have misunderstood the description, I guess . I was unable to use this for its intended use. Expected a folded card , that I could write a message inside. this was totally not that. Not sure now what this is meant to be used for ,really.

It has been well over two weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive items. Extremely disappointed and frustrated to have such a delay in delivery. How is timing not a priority this time of year? At this rate my Christmas cards will not be received before the holiday. I will not be ordering again, there’s plenty of other companies to choose from.

They were so sweet they replaced the cards no problem! Love the design and it looks so fun!!

Good quality and printing

I was very dissatisfied when I received my hang tags. The paper was very cheap and flimsy had a horrible design pattern on the back of it that I was never shown never approved. The logo was printed way too small. You can’t read the copy overall it looks horrible. If you could read the copy, it may have looked OK and I’m a designer so I know how to do relationships and ratios. Don’t ever order this product from this company ever again.

I’m so upset. I didn’t notice Zazzle messed up our cards before sending them out.

I only received half of my addressed envelopes. It’s 8 days before Christmas. No one has responded to my email. I’m never ordering from here again
