Print very blurry awful

The invitations were printed & beautiful. The problem was the shipping- my initial invitations did not arrive. I had to reorder & pay $50. for plus shipping in order to receive the invitations in time for mailing.

on the website, the item stated they were shipped, but it does not state they were delivered. On my other order they state are shipped, as well as delivered. The company states they took a picture of the delivery, but I had several deliveries off from the same company that week. I will need this items in this order re-ordered, please.
