Horrible customer service. My order is incorrect and there is no way to communicate with anyone.

My order is short by 3 envelopes. I have been unable to reach a customer service person. This is so frustrating!

Cut of print is off and not centered and the fonts hard to read on the column paper. I’ve tried to reach out to make this right and haven’t heard anything back and I need to send these out soon and I’m embarrassed to send these as my wedding invites :(

These invites turned out exactly how we designed them for online! They will be a great our main wedding invite!

Color was mint green not the classic blue. Unable to take a picture because it comes out gray. I gave it 4 stars for that reason. I'm not that particular so I'm not sending it back. Just be sure the color is what you are willing to live with. Easy to get addresses printed instead of writing them out and easy ordering.l

BIG BUMMER! So we've been waiting for mega amount of invites to arrive...only to see the image hasn't been set correctly. YET, you can see the order WAS INSPECTED. REALLY? For what? If you look down at the right hand corner, you can see the obvious mistake in so far as to how the image was set. This order was $164.00. Can't return, replace because they need to go out in the mail this week. Weak.

Order was delivered on tine and exactly what we expected. Very pleased with invites and other shower items I purchased.

I couldn’t used the TY tags / stickers as the year on the stickers was 2055 instead of 2025. It was probably my error but no one at Zazzle noticed the error and when i realized the error I contacted zazzle but no one returned my email. So I paid money for the stickers that i could not use.

The sign did come out amazing. But I bought the black easel for 25 dollars just to get a thick piece of paper to hold it up. That is not what i payed for. It’s a big double wing like piece of paper. I’m very disappointed in this. I will not order from here again and make sure others know as well.

The corners of the board are awful ! I requested and paid for rounded corners. These are clearly not as the pictured radius corner option shown on the site . It looks like someone tried to cut them out at the last minute. They are uneven and frayed. The photo is a little dark too

I attempted, on 3 separate orders, S+H included, that part of the order had “copyright” issues. While I don’t take issue with the copyright, I do, though take issue that it took (3) tries to get it right, all the while paying exorbitant shipping and handling charges. In the future, either develop technology that can identify possible conflicts BEFORE the order is processed or disclose, clearly, what constitutes a copyright issue…I’m not a lawyer
