A family enjoys a walk along the shore after sunset while dark clouds foretell a coming storm. Shown in silhouette, Mum and Dad walk along the shore beach-combing for shells, while the three children play in a nearby tide pool and shore birds dot the shore and sky. A few buildings can be seen in the distance. Dark colours of brown, blue, and purple dominate the painting with touches of pink, orange and gold from the sunset. The original painting by JC Prida is watercolor on paper.
