The design itself is perfect and it was quite quick once i'd ordered it, but the t-shirt feels a bit weird. It says 'heavy cotton' but it doesn't feel soft like a normal t-shirt. I ordered an XS for my 2.5yo: it definitely runs big but not just in terms of length but also width as it's a bit of a weird width! However, for the purposes I wanted it for, it is fine. Design is perfect, just as I had imagined.
