Strike a Pose - Bubu Notecard

The colour version of a notecard featuring Bubu the Andean bear. orphaned as a cub but rehabilitated by the Andean Bear Foundation in Ecuador ready to return to the wild. Bubu had little contact with humans while in rehab, and is not trained in any way. We don't know why he suddenly decided to pose like this, but were glad to capture the moment on camera to share it with his many friends. The Andean bear (Tremarctos ornatus) is also known as the spectacled bear, for its distinctive eye markings.
