The text on the front of the shirt is adorned with two ‘Ōhi‘a lehua flowers, endemic to Hawaii, and represent love, sacrifice, and perseverance. Much of my design inspiration comes from my Hawaii upbringing and being part Native Hawaiian (bloodline – NOT geographical) through all previous generations both maternal and paternal ohana (family).
