Study for The Three Graces, c. 1517-18 This is a study, from a single model in three consecutive poses, for the Three Graces pouring a libation in the Wedding Feast of Cupid and Psyche. The final painting was frescoed on part of the vault of the garden loggia of Agostino Chigi’s suburban villa on the banks of the Tiber, now known as the Villa Farnesina.
