This was a photograph taken at that perfect moment of a sunrise that captures the pinks, blues and purples of the majestic Colorado Rockies. It was taken from just west of Longmont, Colorado (about 10 miles north of Boulder, Colorado). The snow capped mountains in the photograph are Long's Peak and Mt. Meeker.
