I bought this as a test product from one of my designs to check the quality before starting to sell from my store. The quality was exactly what I was hoping for. The printing picked up every subtle nuance of color, and even picked up the paper's rough texture (this a watercolor I made and scanned myself). I have ordered from zazzle before and it was perfect. This time the mug has arrived in great time but the mug has rubbed on the box and has affected the image, I was hoping to get in touch with the creator but can’t seem to find a way of contacting them. We would love another sent out maybe wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the image. Would love to hear back from the creator. Kind regards, Lisa.
