Since Christopher is autistic, he doesn't "feel" whether it's a good day or not. Instead, he devises a system for himself: If he sees 3 red cars in a row on his way to school, he considers it "Quite A Good Day". When he finds out his mother is in the hospital, he makes her a card with 9 red cars to wish her a "Super Super Good Day".
