Overall I was very pleased with this experience. I liked being able to custom design the font and text size. The ornament came quickly and the quality of the material is great. It looked very sweet on our tree and I know I will treasure it forever. I thought the lines (text and photo) were a little blurry, not 100% crisp, but perhaps that is the norm for this medium :) The pink color was vibrant.
