TAKE ME TO LUNCH T-Shirt

I am making this for my best friend who never rests even with a job, church involvement, family including husband, children, grandchildren, and more, Dad states away she sees often either by driving up or flying; yet, I laugh at her, because no matter where she is going every day (including hospital procedures), she IS going to stop and be taken to lunch on the way home. I am not one to go to the hospital; yet, she drove the 45 minutes to my house and insisted (when due to a spine injury) I sat in neck pain and tears unable to move one day. After they pumped me with Valium, a shot, etc., she asked where I wanted to go to lunch .... seriously - drive through. Due to a dental disaster, I had to have surgery removing 2 expensive new crown sets of 3 each and 6 teeth. After I came to and we got to the car: Where do you want to go to lunch?
