The Takeda family crest has been passed down through generations. It is said to have originated from Shinra Saburo Minamoto no Yoshimitsu, the ancestor of the Kai Genji, who was inspired by a divine revelation to adorn his armor with a divided rhombus emblem. (From 'A Guide to Understanding the Family Crests of Sengoku Warlords') / Takeda Shingen (1521-1573) descended from Yoshikiyo, son of Shinra Saburo Yoshimitsu of the Seiwa Genji lineage. I love this sleeve! The artwork is incredible and the colors are bright and amazing! The quality is outstanding! I bought this for my ipad, it already has a cover, but I got this for extra protection, and it is easily washable-unlike my pink leather cover. The small size is perfect for an ipad, especially with a cover. You may want to air out the cover for a day or two to get rid of the new neoprene smell, but other than that tiny detail, it is PERFECT!! The printing is Vibrant and Colorful- clear and beautiful. I am sooo pleased!
