Mark Lloyd is rabidly anti-freedom of speech - so now he is the new Diversity Czar of the FCC. Who'da thunk it? Here's a quote: "It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press.... This freedom is all too often an exaggeration.... At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies." His plan is to impose license fees equal to the operating revenue of conservative talk stations. Community boards representing the "underserved" will monitor the content. Violations determined by these boards and failure to pay the predatory fees will result in license forfeiture. The license will then be given to the "underserved." Social justice at its finest!
