Do not give them loopholes, If all corporations paid their fair share, we would not have to pay income tax at all. You know who said that? Warren Buffet. Corporations no longer pay a living wage for the most part, so why shouldn't they pair a fairer share? Lower the deficit by taxing rich people and corporations, and maybe we could even balance the budget too.
